* Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, proactive and timely communication throughout each campaign.
* Support the Client Services team with day-to-day administration and campaign coordination to deliver a seamless client experience.
* Prepare accurate quotations and follow up promptly with clients to progress opportunities.
* Book campaigns onto internal systems and maintain accurate CRM and job management records.
* Respond to daily client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including Client Services, Data, Print, Operations and Finance to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, in full and to specification.
* Manage orders from quotation through to completion.
* Maintain regular contact with existing and occasional clients to strengthen relationships and support account growth.
* Assist with preparing sample packs and materials for prospective clients.
* Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, enhance the client experience and support revenue growth.
Candidate Profile
* Previous Account Management experience within the print, mailing or marketing services industry.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers, with the ability to manage quotations, campaign data and job tracking.
