Answering emails and telephone calls in the office, taking messages and resolving customer enquiries. • • Managing energy contracts, renewals and invoices. • • Sourcing new contractors for various works as required. • Carrying out House Manager positions at various developments. • Testing the Fire Alarm weekly and Emergency Lighting monthly, keeping a record. • Email Merges and Communications to directors and residents within the Block Developments.
