Responsibilities;
* Planning and arranging import deliveries.
* Liaising with customs teams to ensure compliance.
* Providing high-level administrative support and managing client inquiries.
* Taking import bookings and processing them within our internal software.
* Maintaining professional communication with our customer base.
* Handling import customs clearances (or demonstrating a willingness to learn this skill).
