The Role We are recruiting an experienced Property Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-quality property and maintenance service across a complex estate. This includes responsive repairs, cyclical maintenance, voids, and full compliance with statutory health and safety regulations, including responsibilities under the Building Safety Act 2022. The successful candidate will manage a large multi-disciplinary team, oversee a budget exceeding £1 million, and play a critical role in embedding a safety-first, resident-focused culture throughout the organisation’s housing portfolio.
