Primary & Secondary Schools: Handle matters such as admissions appeals, school exclusions, independent school issues, and contractual disputes. SEN/EHCP: Advise on Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) applications, assessments, and appeals. University Students: Support with sexual misconduct allegations, disciplinary investigations, visa applications, and fitness to practise proceedings.
