A friendly and supportive primary school is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils within Key Stage 1.
This role would suit a qualified Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children develop confidence and independence in their learning.
Main Duties:
* Supporting whole-class learning activities
* Working with small groups of pupils
* Delivering reading and phonics interventions
* Supporting pupil engagement and wellbeing
* Assisting teachers with classroom preparation
* Promoting positive behaviour throughout the school day
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Essential Requirements:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience working with primary-aged children
* Positive and enthusiastic approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
* Full-time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
