Kitchen Team Leader – Location – Premier Inn
Join our team at Premier Inn Tewkesbury as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. You’ll manage daily kitchen operations, including rotas, food orders, team leadership during busy services, and maintaining audit readiness. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen—covering food quality and hygiene standards. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aspiring to become Head Chefs.

Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS:
32 hours per week – guaranteed hours to help plan your week ahead

What you’ll do:
* Own food ordering, stock control, and manage food costs across the hotel.
* Lead during service—organising the team, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations.
* Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to standard—from Premier Inn breakfasts to pub classics.
* Ensure the kitchen complies with health, safety, and hygiene standards—training the team and maintaining records.
* Step up during shifts and support new team members in settling in.
