Outstanding opportunity to join a high-value manufacturing leader undergoing a major commercial transformation. We are seeking a Head of Business Development to join their senior leadership team and to lead their continued growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for a hungry, resilient business developer:
* Aggressive Growth Driver: Build and manage a robust pipeline, focusing on domestic and international expansion.
* The Face of the Business: Spend time on the road meeting customers, forging relationships, and securing new contracts.
* Strategic Market Breaker: Identify and penetrate new high-value sectors (for example advanced automotive and other specialist manufacturing) outside of traditional client lists.
* Technical Sales Integrity: Quickly grasp complex engineering capabilities and ensure all sales are grounded in deliverable solutions.
* Modern Marketing: Drive a savvy marketing strategy and create flawless, high-quality sales content.
