Duration: Until July 2026 (Maternity Cover)
Pay: Up to £232.56 per day (dependent on experience)
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-regarded secondary school in the Wigan area in recruiting a passionate Teacher of French to join their successful Modern Foreign Languages department. This is a full-time role starting immediately after October half-term and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year, covering a maternity leave.
The Role
Deliver engaging French lessons across KS3 and KS4, following the school's high-quality curriculum.
Inspire and motivate students of all abilities, helping them to achieve their potential in Modern Foreign Languages.
Contribute to the school's ethos of respect, responsibility, and resilience, supporting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessments, with the support of a collaborative MFL team.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching French at KS3 and KS4.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
