Your Opportunity
On our lean two-person team, you'll wear three hats—front-desk host, event producer and operations guardian - creating a space the neighbourhood loves. Every day brings variety: greeting guests, flipping rooms for evening talks, chasing a maintenance fix and posting a quick member spotlight on socials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-Desk & Member Care
– lead reception, tours and onboarding; answer queries with warmth.
2. Event Programming & Delivery
– design a balanced quarterly calendar; run logistics (30–150 pax) and capture feedback.
3. Space Standards & Safety
– complete walkthroughs, resets and H&S checks; log maintenance promptly.
4. Sales Support & CRM
– enter leads, assist follow-ups and track conversion in HubSpot.
5. Community Partnerships
– cultivate local groups, charities and creatives for pop-ups and collaborations.

Experience
* 1–2 years in hospitality, coworking, events or membership environments.
* Comfortable with basic CRM / booking tools (we use HubSpot & Nexudus).
* Event-production or community-engagement experience a bonus.
