Business Development Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Internal Business Development Executive to join our client’s growing team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients such as resellers, schools & businesses.
You will play a key role in driving company growth by developing leads, nurturing prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
* Research target markets and identify potential customers.
Requirements
* Previous experience in business development, sales, or telesales is desirable.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
* Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
