Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Curely's marketing goals.
* Create, schedule, and publish compelling content — static posts, reels, TikToks, stories, lives, etc.
* Manage community interactions and respond to messages, comments, and DMs professionally and promptly.
* Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimise accordingly.
* Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams to align campaigns and promotions.
* Keep up with trends, platform changes, and emerging content formats (especially TikTok trends).
* Collaborate with influencers, manage UGC, and identify partnership opportunities.
Requirement
* Proven experience in managing social media accounts (brand or agency side)
* Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools.
* Strong creative eye — especially for video, reels, captions, and viral trends.
* Excellent copywriting skills and a confident tone of voice that matches our brand.
* Self-starter with excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Desirable:
* Experience in the pharmacy, health, wellness, or beauty space.
* Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
* Familiarity with paid ad platforms like Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
