Are you passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment support and creating a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience? We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people‑focused Resourcing Coordinator to join our high‑performing team supporting Thames Water.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both temporary/contractor and permanent recruitment, gaining exposure across all divisions while helping to drive a best‑in‑class talent experience.
What you’ll be doing
End‑to‑end recruitment support
* Advertising new vacancies in line with brand standards and templates
* Supporting shortlisting and conducting telephone screening
* Managing interview arrangements, invitations, feedback and all candidate communication
* Assisting with offer processes, ensuring all governance requirements are met
* Providing updates to Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the recruitment journey
* Supporting Hiring Managers with Right to Work checks and ensuring compliance with Thames Water’s standards
* Liaising with the Pre‑Employment Screening Team to ensure smooth onboarding of new starters
Talent pooling & attraction
* Helping to build strong, diverse talent pipelines across multiple business areas
* Using CV databases and passive search methods to identify active and passive candidates
* Engaging regularly with our talent pool to nurture long‑term candidate relationships
* Working with the Employment & Skills Team and RBPs/SRBPs to support attraction strategies and delivery of agreed targets
Driving recruitment performance
* Cross‑skilled across both temporary/contractor and permanent hiring to support areas of demand
* Ensuring SLA and KPI performance is achieved for both yourself and the wider team
* Managing the Kallidus ATS experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates
* Attending team kickstarts, 1:1 meetings and contributing to performance and development planning
* Upholding company values and behaviours in everything you do
Stakeholder & event support
* Working onsite at least two days per week to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
* Attending careers fairs and talent events when required
* Delivering professional communication at all times with internal and external partners

* Experience in a recruitment or resourcing support role (in‑house or agency)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering great service
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet KPIs/SLAs
* Comfort working across both temporary and permanent recruitment processes
