Job Title: Sustainability Consultant Location: Swindon Job Type: Permanent Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 Key Responsibilities: Thermal Modelling using IES or Rhino to assess the energy use, overheating risk, and daylight. Knowledge of Building Regulations such as Part L, Part O, CIBSE TM52, TM54, TM59, and NABERS. Conduct BREEAM assessments across New Construction, In-Use, Fit out & Retrofit and provide expert guidance on compliance. Embodied carbon analysis and reporting, using LCA methodologies to suport NetZero. Advise on energy performance and SAP calculations for building efficiency. Collaborate with the borader MEP team to deliver diverse, large scale projects. Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices. Key Requirements: 4 Years Experience within a Consultancy within the construction industry. Perford Energy Modelling compliant with Part L, Part O, CIBSE TM52, TM54, TM59. Expertise in BREEAM, with a strong track record in conducting assessments. Proficiency in embodied carbon analysis, LCA methodologies and NZCBS. Solid understanding of energy performance, SAP and NABERS.
