Salary: Up to £44,000 per year with car allowance
Location: The ideal person will be located in Milton Keynes/Northampton, but we are also open to nearby locations if you are willing to travel.

We are passionate about promoting safety and compliance in various environments, and we are looking for someone with your expertise to help us do just that. In this role, you'll conduct essential fire safety risk assessments, fire door surveys, and compartmentation surveys.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Conduct fire safety risk assessments, fire door inspections, and compartmentation surveys in line with the latest regulations
* Produce clear and actionable reports to guide clients towards compliance
* Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations clearly and confidently
* Stay updated on changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices
* Collaborate with team members to enhance services and share knowledge
* Support the business by working flexibly from the company's office or client's sites as required
What We're Looking For:
* A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety
* Registered with the IFSM, Tier 2, or similar competency scheme
* At least 5 years' experience in the fire industry
* Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, and compartmentation surveys
* Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation
* Exceptional communication skills to engage and inform clients effectively
* A proactive, problem-solving approach to identify hazards swiftly
* A valid driving license, as site visits are involved
* Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional growth
