We're hiring a Financial Controller to lead the operational finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership: from delivering clear, actionable reporting to driving real commercial outcomes across both head office and store teams.
What you'll own:
1. Leadership of the operational finance team-mentoring, supporting, and raising the bar
2. Delivery of timely, accurate management accounts, board reporting, and cashflow analysis
3. Development of robust control frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
4. Payroll ownership across HQ and stores with insightful cost tracking
5. Year-end audit management and statutory reporting
6. Business partnering with senior leadership to drive commercial performance
