The Role
As a Research Executive and a Senior Research Executive, you will:
* Support and lead (depending on level) end-to-end primary market research across global projects
* Work with mixed methods: qualitative and quantitative
* Contribute to research design, recruitment, fieldwork management, analysis, and final delivery
* Develop screeners, discussion guides, surveys, and materials
* Help turn data into clear, strategic, client-ready insights
* Work closely with senior consultants across therapy areas
* Collaborate internally on innovation, AI-driven approaches, and new ways of working
* Present insights internally and/or to clients
You
* 1+ year of experience in healthcare primary market research (agency/consultancy)
* Experience working with pharma clients on ad hoc/ custom projects
* Work hybrid – 2 days a week in London required
* Mixed-method experience (qual + quant) – leaning is fine
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
* Driven, passionate, and excited by innovation and AI-enhanced research

* Confident working alongside highly experienced researchers
