Following the success of our Warwick site, were expanding to Leamington Spa and were now looking for a Head Chef to take the reins across both kitchens and help shape The Craftsmans next chapter.
The Role This is more than a back-of-house position its a senior leadership role for a chef who can combine hands-on skill with big-picture thinking.
Youll takecreative and operational responsibility for our new flagship Leamington kitchen, whilst also overseeing the food operation at our original, existing Warwick site. Working closely with ownership and site management, youll ensure both venues deliver the same exceptional standards, consistent menus, and warm Craftsman personality.
As the business grows, this role has a clear path to evolve into a Regional / Executive Chef position guiding new openings, mentoring site Head Chefs, and leading menu development across the group.
What Youll Be Doing Lead and inspire kitchen teams across both Leamington and Warwick
Maintain consistency in quality, prep standards, and presentation
Design and cost seasonal menus and specials using local suppliers
Oversee GP, labour, and hygiene performance across sites
Recruit, train, and mentor chefs and kitchen assistants
Build a strong, collaborative relationship with front-of-house teams
Work with ownership on future food concepts, events, and expansions
