Our client, a clean energy company is looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead its global sales strategy. This is a key leadership role with scope to shape commercial success from the ground up.
Role Overview:
You’ll build and lead a high-performing sales team, define commercial frameworks, and drive market entry across international territories. This is a strategic but hands-on role, ideal for someone experienced in scaling B2B sales in cleantech or deep-tech environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the global sales strategy
Build and manage the sales team and commercial infrastructure
Develop key customer and channel partnerships
Work cross-functionally to align sales with product delivery
Represent the company in high-level engagements and industry forums
Candidate Profile:
5+ years’ experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in cleantech or advanced tech
Strong technical understanding of innovation-led products
Proven success in building sales functions in early-stage or scaling firms
Experience with industrial customers and international markets
