Role Overview
We are seeking a Computer Scientist to join our team at either Gatwick or Houston. In this role, you will lead R&D efforts on high-performance geophysical methods, mentor researchers and programmers, and influence the development of our Reveal processing system. Your work will enhance geophysical processing and imaging algorithms, focusing on performance and scalability.
Qualifications
* A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in high-performance computing software research and development.
* Expertise in optimizing geophysical technology for highly parallel hardware and accelerators, including shared and distributed memory models.
* Strong skills in C++, Python, MPI, OpenMP, and CUDA GPU programming.
* Fundamental understanding of geophysics and experience in processing, imaging, and inversion problems.
