About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
B2B Marketing Manager
to join NQA on a fixed-term contract. This role is central to positioning and growing the NQA brand in the UK and globally. You will lead our marketing strategy, manage a talented team, and deliver impactful campaigns that support customer success and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement NQA's UK marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
* Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team.
* Deliver and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, and relationship-driven).
* Oversee brand management, content, events, and promotional activity.
* Support our global teams (USA, India, and partners) with core marketing functions.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide insight for continuous improvement.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively.
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Track record of delivering strategic marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, PPC, and website management.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
* Creative, commercially minded, and results-driven.
