You will play a critical role in aligning delivery to strategic priorities, improving ways of working, and driving performance across the change portfolio.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will influence at all levels, ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and effective execution across the organisationThis is a leadership role, we are looking for someone who has a skill set and proven experience in transforming and performance managing teams of change professionals. .Key AccountabilitiesLead, mentor and develop a team of Project ManagersEnsure consistent delivery standards, frameworks and methodology across projectsAlign project delivery to organisational strategy and business objectivesOversee resource allocation, prioritisation and delivery performanceDrive strong governance, risk management and reportingBuild and manage senior stakeholder relationships, influencing at all levelsChampion continuous improvement and evolving ways of working, including Agile and value stream approachesExperience, Knowledge, SkillsProven experience transforming and leading a project management function or team in a fast paced environmentStrong track record delivering change within regulated environmentsExperience shaping and improving delivery frameworks, tools or methodologiesStrong people leadership and stakeholder influencing skillsComfortable operating across Agile, Value Stream and traditional delivery approachesCommercially aware with strong analytical and decision making capabilityWhy Join UsAt Kensington Mortgages, we believe our employees are the heart of our success.
