Senior HR Advisor / HR Advisor to join a busy operational team in Southampton for initial contract Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to join a busy and operational environment in Southampton, Hampshire. You will be working with the site leadership team in the provision of HR Advisory and employer relations case work. Key duties Act as the initial point of contact for all HR matters; providing high quality, consistent HR advice, coaching and guidance relating to policy, procedure and best practice at all levels. Support managers in performance management processes, disciplinary, sickness absence, grievance issues and attendance matters. Undertake investigations when this might be appropriate and ensure cases are managed in a timely manner. Undertake HR Generalist activity as needed across HR, Recruitment Key Requirements: Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent Experienced HR Advisory / Senior HR Advisor background including employer relations Knowledge of HR functions and systems; pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, for example. An understanding of employment laws and disciplinary / grievance procedures.
