NAM – Grocery 3 days per week in London £50–60k 20% bonus EMI We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands in natural nutrition. This is a high growth FMCG business redefining the energy bar category with all natural innovation and a powerful social purpose. They’ve built an incredible community around fuelling adventure and creating impact, and they’re looking for a brilliant National Account Manager to help take the brand to new heights. What you’ll be doing ✨ Manage and grow key grocery accounts including Co-op, Waitrose, Ocado and Asda, delivering ambitious growth plans Lead new business opportunities, landing NPD, securing new listings and delivering impactful activations Own the P&L, promotions and annual JBPs to ensure profitable, sustainable growth Build brilliant relationships with buyers and partners, making sure they love working with the brand Bring data-led insight and creative energy to every conversation, collaborating closely with marketing and category What they’re looking for Minimum two years in FMCG account management, ideally with a high growth or start-up brand A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment Strong commercial acumen and experience leading JBP discussions Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder ❤️ Passion for brands with a mission and genuine social impact Why you’ll love it A mission-led brand that’s raised millions for its foundation and is truly a force for good A small, ambitious team with a brilliant culture that is collaborative, energised and adventure driven Competitive salary of £50–60k plus 20% bonus and EMI share options ☀️ Flexible hybrid working, summer hours and regular team offsites ️ Real progression opportunities as the brand continues to scale at pace Now: Apply today with your CV which will be reviewed by our MKJ Ignite team.
