Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure issues
* Set up and maintain user devices, accounts, and access controls
* Administer systems including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Firebase
* Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, backups, and patching
* Document support procedures, system changes, and asset inventory
* Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
* Experience with helpdesk tools, remote support, and basic networking
* Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and system administration
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and escalate when needed
