Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Chadderton. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and conducting cost planning, cost reporting, and cost management. Daily tasks include budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. The Quantity Surveyor will also liaise with project managers and stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights and ensure project success.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management
* Experience with preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
* Skills in Cost Reporting and financial analysis
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
* Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
