Key Responsibilities of the Care Manager:
1. Work closely with the Director to drive growth of hours among private clients
2. Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
3. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
4. Ensure service is Compliant with CQC regulations
5. Effectively manage the team and ensure staff morale remains high
Care Manager Requirements:
6. Previous care management experience desirable
7. Could also be experienced deputy stepping up
8. Driver with own vehicle
9. Driven and ambitious who loves a challenge
10. Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
11. A team player who can leverage good service
12. Level 5 qualification or working towards
