BettingJobs is working with a new growing bookmaker within the iGaming industry who are seeking a Compliance Analyst. This role is based in Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor, review, and interpret regulatory requirements across the UK gambling sector.
* Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal policies, procedures, and controls.
* Support day-to-day compliance operations, including customer checks, reporting, and risk assessments.
* Conduct regular internal audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
* Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure compliant processes throughout the business.
* Help drive a culture of compliance by delivering internal training and guidance.
Requirements:
* Experience in compliance within iGaming, gambling, financial services, or a similar regulated environment.
* Strong understanding of UKGC regulations (experience in AML/CTF, KYC, and safer gambling is a plus).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Dublin.
