As the S/4HANA Project Manager for the EPO Datapetency Centre, you will orchestrate the seamless design and deployment activities across a subset of the data design area to ensure an integrated, predictable and transparent delivery.
You will work with a dynamic global team of S/4HANA Data Design Leads and Data Design Experts, managing the delivery interrelation with a wide set of programme and BAU stakeholders, including Enterprise Process Owner teams, extended data teams, Deployment colleagues, technical teams, as well BAU SMEs.
You will bring structure, clarity, and programme leadership toplex delivery cycles, by not only establishing and executing robust project management concepts, but also steering the data design functions responsible for them by acting as a sparring partner and providing SME experience and good practice direction to the team.
This role is your chance to demonstrate your expertise in agile delivery and SAP Activate methodology. You will be the bridge between process design and business deployment, reporting to the Senior Project Manager Data Design, driving programme data oues that resonate across the global organisation.
TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIESPrepare to take on challenges that will test your skills and expand your horizons:
1. Secure the E2E delivery of the Data Design streams assigned to you across the lifecycle of global design and throughout multi-wave, multi-country deployments, including localisation cycles, Integrated Work Package concepts, Test Cycles and BAU introductions.
2. Operationalise programme and data requirements into tangible delivery plans and feasible solutions, working closely with data design teams and programme dependencies to bring ideas to life.
3. Provide data delivery subject matter expertise and best practice experience on data deliverables, approaches and plans, steering the Data Design team while acting as a sparring partner to the team.
4. Master data focused projecternance, orchestratingplex scope and extended stakeholder landscapes.
5. Support the management of cross-functional integrations and dependencies that underpin the delivery of the Axial Programme, supported by clearly outlined deliverables and dependencies, the right level of structured engagements, and tailored delivery transparency.
6. Apply strong project management discipline to drive milestone delivery, maintain and proactively manage RAIDs,ern delivery quality and resolve blockers.
7. Orchestrate and assure the delivery, quality, versioning, storage andmunication of critical data design documents.
8. Support change management and deployment readiness from day one, ensuring effective adoption of new systems and processes.
9. Build and nurture relationships with key business partners, positioning yourself as a trusted delivery partner for all Axial data topics.
Essential SkillsBring your A-game with:
10. A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration.
11. Proven track record of SAP E2E implementation project management (within Healthcare or Pharma businesses desired) with coverage of design, build, test and deployment stages.
12. Specialist Data subject matter expertise in data design, migration and data managementernance implementation.
13. Good technical & functional understanding of data concepts, data structures, data migration methodologies, data validation cycles, data cutover steps, data deployment,
14. Strong project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability toernplex delivery structures, uplift planning, reporting and execution while ensuring alignment across diverse teams and key stakeholders.
15. Working experience of Level 4+ planning, execution, troubleshooting and cross-functional alignment.
16. A knack for turning unstructured information into clear, actionable business requirements.
17. The courage to drive tough decisions when faced with ambiguity and opposing viewpoints.
18. Experience of presenting to various levels of an organisation, both in writing and verbally.
