Associate Recruitment Consultant – Derry / Londonderry
3D Personnel is seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Team in Derry / Londonderry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background working in an office, sales or customer service who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants, learning the full 360° recruitment process through structured training and hands-on mentoring.
What You’ll Do
* Source and engage candidates through databases, job boards and networking
* Screen candidates and assess skills, experience and career goals
* Support senior consultants with live roles and client management
* Advertise roles and maintain accurate candidate records
* Coordinate interviews, compliance and recruitment administration
* Deliver a high standard of service to candidates and clients
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service role or an office environment
* Strong communicator with a proactive, target-driven mindset
* Organised, motivated and team-oriented
* Recruitment experience not required — full training provided
