Consultant anaesthetist with obstetric interest
We have an exciting opportunity available in one of the UK’s most up and coming and rapidly developing cities. NHS Tayside seeks to appoint a Consultant Anaesthetist with Obstetric Interest. This is a full‑time position, providing up to 10 paid associates and 40 hours per week. NHS Tayside supports continuous professional development, and all posts include 2 PAs for supporting professional activities (pro‑rated).
Applicants should have full GMC registration, a licence to practice and be on the specialist register or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of a CCT or CESR (CP) at the time of interview. If you have appropriate specialist training and experience but are not listed on the GMC Specialist Register you can be considered for a Locum Consultant post (up to 12 months) if no substantive Consultant appointment is made. Whilst in locum employment you can apply to obtain a CCT or CESR and entry to the Specialist Register.
