Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance the power unit’s performance for the racetrack and contribute to competitiveness in a highly competitive environment.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
Your Mission
* Support the head of the ERS department as an interface between development departments and the workshop.
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects, including monitoring and target setting.
* Support department management in budget planning for ERS projects.
* Coordinate cross-departmental testing and deployment of ERS components.
* Assist in planning the assembly of components with responsible personnel and workshop.
* Participate in optimizing development processes and methods.
* Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Your Profile
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management/coordination.
* Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environments.
* Excellent organizational skills and team spirit.
* Analytical thinking and structured working approach.
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment.
* Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language is required.
