Settlements Administrator
An established financial services business is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the daily settlement of trades, manage exceptions, and help mitigate settlement risk across a defined client or market group.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and systems, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, resolving issues, and improving processes in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily settlement of trades, including investigation and resolution of breaks and fails
Running and analysing reports to identify discrepancies in trade data
Liaising with clients, trading desks, custodians, and internal teams to resolve exceptions
Amending trades and inputting trade data into core systems
Supporting risk management and contributing to process improvements
Working to KPIs, procedures, and regulatory requirements
About You
Previous administration experience in within Financial Services
Good understanding of investments and financial markets
Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Confident communicator with a strong client service mindset
Intermediate Excel and Word skills
