This is a varied role, involved with everything from member experience to team development.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an excellent member experience in the club, focusing on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
* Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through activities, club outreach and community events.
* Recruit, proactively develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors; foster a positive and motivating work environment.
* Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
* Manage and improve Group Exercise (GEX) offering within the gym.
* Help everyone in the gym team be the best version of themselves.
Qualifications and Skills
* Passion for fitness and wellbeing.
* Embodies 'Feel PureGym Good' in all actions.
* Desire to do the right thing with resilience, confidence and integrity.
* L2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise.

* Annual salary: £32,588
* Contracted salary, 40 hours per week.
