Daksta is a fast-growing engineering & construction recruitment business, specialising in the Mission Critical Data Centre market. We turned over £3.5m last year and are targeting £7m in 2026, with headcount set to grow from 22 to 35 over the next 18 months.
We’re now hiring an experienced Sales Coach / Learning & Development Manager to deliver our existing training academy and drive sales performance across the business.
This is a hands-on, desk-focused role centred around onboarding rookies, running a structured 12-week academy, and coaching recruiters in live sales environments — while keeping the core academy structure in place.
The Role
* Deliver our existing 12-week training academy
* Update and refine content without changing the core framework
* Own onboarding for rookie and junior consultants
* Embed sales standards and best practice with managers
* Identify skill gaps and support the development of future leaders
About You
* Experience as a Sales Coach, L&D Manager, or Senior Recruiter
* Strong recruitment sales background
* Proven experience delivering structured training programmes
* Hands‑on, commercial, and credible on the desk
* Comfortable driving accountability and performance
