Your core responsibilities will include: Efficient Workload Management: Oversee and prioritize workshop tasks to ensure all targets and deadlines are met. Team Coordination: Lead and motivate a team of technicians to maintain optimal productivity and quality of work. Quality Control: Ensure all repairs and services are carried out to the highest standards, meeting both customer expectations and company protocols. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all workshop operations comply with health and safety regulations. Requirements for Workshop Controller Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Manager, or Quality Controller within the automotive industry. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in an automotive-related discipline. Full UK Driving License: A clean driving record is essential. Passion & Drive: A strong work ethic, combined with a passion for the motor trade and a desire to drive the business forward.
