Role summary
This position is for a KDN Microsoft Solution Architect who is self-motivated, experienced, and skilled, to join the KPMG Delivery Network, a part of KPMG International. This role is responsible for driving pre-sales solutioning for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform offerings. The architect will lead proposal development, create solution blueprints, and make Fit-to-Purpose design choices across all CE modules and Power Platform components to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
How will you make your mark?
1. Lead end to end pre-sales including RFP response, estimation, solution blueprint, architecture design and implementation plan for D365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Power Platform, XRM and other latest Microsoft releases
2. Keep to date with latest Microsoft releases and to be on the forefront of designing solutions
3. Leverage other Microsoft stack like Azure service bus, ADF,CO-Pilot/ co-pilot studio, PowerBI, M365, Teams, Outlook, Viva suite and other accelerators/ISVs to design compelling solutions to create market differentiation
4. Develop Fit-to-Purpose design choices ensuring scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
5. Create solution blueprints, implementation plans, scope, assumptions, and dependencies.
6. Provide effort estimation and pricing models for proposals.
7. Design and deliver solutions using Power Platform components: Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
8. Ensure integration with Dataverse and other Microsoft ecosystem services.
9. Analyse competitor offerings and position our solutions effectively.
10. Represent KDN Microsoft in wider KPMG global network, forums, webinars, and client workshops.
11. Publish whitepapers, blogs, and reusable solution assets.
12. Collaborate with Microsoft Fast track teams to ensure the proposed solutions are appropriate
13. Build strong network with key KPMG member firm contacts to drive impact for KDN advisory
14. Develop reusable assets /frameworks that creates market differentiation
15. Pre-pare and socialize delivery best practices, tools, templates and mentor delivery center colleagues globally
This is the job for you if you have
16. Expertise in all D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
17. Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure, Dataverse, M365 etc
18. Experience with Copilot integration for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
19. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
20. Industry experience: Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Industrial Manufacturing, E-Commerce/Retail.
21. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
22. Strong cross-boundary collaboration and stakeholder management.
23. Proven expertise in creating creative Industry/function solutions leveraging D365 CE and Power platform to deliver rapid POCs and Demos during pre-sales cycle
24. Existing Microsoft MVP for Fabric (Preferred) *Global travel up to 20% for Pre-sales opportunities and workshops and alliance engagements.
