Sun: 06:00-11:00; Wed: 06:00-11:30; Fri: 06:00-14:30; Sat: 09:00-23:00.
Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76 per hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Our policy offers new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. You could also work fewer hours (minimum 12). Availability windows are the periods during the week we would like you to be available. We schedule your contracted hours within these times and give you three weeks’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility if your times match closely but not exactly.
Responsibilities
As a Shift Leader, you will work in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will take ownership of activities by coordinating a team to deliver.
You will constantly look for ways to improve service through on‑the‑job coaching and feedback, understand how your team is performing, and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement.
With your guidance, your area will always remain a safe place to work and shop.

Qualifications
Experience in retail and team management, strong communication skills, ability to deliver high standards of customer service, and a proactive approach to improvement.
