JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an organised work environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Answering phone calls and emails.
o Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service.
o Maintaining and updating client files and office procedures.
o Perform general office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office IE Stationary stock, post office preparation, adequate stock of brochures.
o Support Office Manager with ad hoc tasks to support the effective running of the office, this could include the wider team.
REQUIREMENTS
o Experience as an administrator is not essential yet desirable.
o Strong organisation and time management skills.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Outlook, Word and Excel.
o Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
o Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.
