Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time available (Full-Time 37.5 hours per week)
Sleep-in Allowance: £189 per month (based on 3 sleep-ins)

This is a small, residential care service supporting up to 6 adults with learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments, and associated mental health needs.
The service provides a calm, supportive, and person-centred environment, where staff are encouraged to build strong, meaningful relationships with the people they support. The focus is on promoting independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion in everyday life.
Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to two individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will support individuals across all aspects of their daily lives, promote independence, and enable participation in community activities that are meaningful to them.
