Are you ready to take on a dynamic role at the heart of a fast-paced, fast-growing fresh produce business? Our client is expanding their supply chain team and is looking for a Supply & Sourcing Manager to join them during an exciting period of growth.
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that fresh produce moves smoothly from international growers to major UK customers. This is a role where your decisions have real-time impact and where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities,
* Managing day-to-day sourcing and movement of fresh produce from international suppliers to UK customers
* Coordinating logistics and freight, reacting to last-minute customer demands, shifting stock, and crop changes
* Taking ownership of supplier and customer communication — including problem resolution when things don’t go to plan
* Making decisions under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment involving perishable goods
* Supporting continuous improvements in the supply process, systems, and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Previous experience in a relevant role within a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations setting
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Confidence in dealing with both suppliers and customers — clear communication is key
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
