As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing correspondence via email and post.
* Supporting other team members with various administrative tasks.
* Maintaining and updating company databases.
* Assisting in the preparation of regular reports.
* Organising and attending team meetings and taking minutes.
* Coordinating office supplies as necessary.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Contributing to the overall efficiency of the Business Services department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office.
* A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
