Product / Technology Trainer – Hybrid (Grantham + Remote)

We’re looking for a Product / Technology Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programmes that empower teams, partners, and customers across our global network. This is a hybrid role with regular time spent at our Grantham HQ.
What You’ll Do
Create exceptional learning experiences
* Develop structured training modules across our full product range
* Produce high‑quality learning materials: presentations, e‑learning, videos, technical guides
* Keep content fresh and aligned with ongoing product innovation
Deliver training that lands
* Run engaging sessions for internal teams (engineering, sales, service, operations)
* Train external audiences including distributors, partners, and OEM customers
Become a trusted technical expert
* Build deep product knowledge and translate complex concepts into clear, digestible content
* Support teams across the business with product understanding and technical clarity
Collaborate and elevate
* Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales
* Support customer onboarding and partner enablement
* Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness
Drive continuous learning
* Measure training impact using feedback and performance metrics
* Introduce modern learning approaches: digital, blended, interactive
What You’ll Bring
Essential
* Experience in technical training or learning & development
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to simplify complex technical ideas
* Confidence delivering to varied audiences
Desirable
* Background in engineering, manufacturing, or technical products
* Familiarity with electromechanical or industrial technologies
* Knowledge of instructional design or e‑learning tools
* Experience working with channel partners or B2B customers
