Book all gastroenterology new & follow up appointments as per consultant/registrar/ specialist nurse request and from pending lists / patient tracking lists including IBD nurse specialists. Support with all gastroenterology clinic cancellation requests and rescheduling of patients. To communicate with patients via telephone to inform them of their appointments. To liaise with all levels of medical staff and administration staff and to escalate issues to your line Manager.
Fold and post patient letters Support with ordering stationary requirements via Oracle online system as requested. Support with delivering endoscopy/radiology requests as requested. Support with scanning and uploading onto EVOLVE as required.
