Join us as a Mobile Cleaner at Thirteen Group! Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for Mobile Cleaners to join us on both permanent and 12 month fixed-term basis. Working across the Teesside area, you ll work 30 hours per week (6 hours a day) across a two-week rota. The rota covers mornings (7am-1pm) and afternoons/evening (1:15pm- 7:15pm), with occasional Saturdays as required. Our Mobile Cleaning teams are out and about in the community, and you ll be the face of Thirteen. We re looking for people who are confident in a customer facing role, with great communication and people skills. Key Responsibilities: At Thirteen, a home doesn t finish at the front door our communal spaces are vital for thriving communities within multi-occupancy buildings. You ll maintain high standards of cleanliness within these areas, as well as in offices and designated sites. Our mobile cleaner roles are physically demanding and entail working in all weather conditions. You ll carry equipment and supplies from your vehicle to the scheduled site to be cleaned. Complete assigned tasks to a high standard within agreed timescales. This includes cleaning, hygiene and waste disposal. Comply with health and safety legislation, especially in relation to chemicals, site rules, using cleaning equipment, and lone working. If you have great organisation and planning skills, we d be interested in hearing from you. You ll be responsible for ensuring that equipment, materials, and travel information is taken into consideration within your daily schedule. About You: Someone who takes pride in sustaining high standards of cleanliness and has fantastic attention to detail. A good grasp of safe working and health and safety practices. Can work flexibility on your own and as part of a team. You ll be able to complete assigned tasks to a high standard, within agreed timescales, and with minimal supervision.
