Salaried GP Advert (Term-time available)
After recently successfully recruiting 2 Salaried GP’s, an exciting opportunity has come up for a Salaried GP to join us at Mayfield.
We are looking for a GP to join us and help shape our future growth, particularly in education where we currently look after Foundation Doctors, GP Registrars, Newcastle University medical students, and soon Sunderland Medical School undergraduates.
1. 9,200 patient list size.
2. 6-8 sessions, with at least one Education session, if desired.
3. Salary £11,000 per session & discretionary bonus depending on Practice QOF performance.
4. 6 weeks annual leave pro rota. 1 week study leave pro rata.
5. Excellent mentorship and support structure, newly qualified GPs welcome and will be well looked after! Equally, good partnership candidates will find a well-run and financially very secure surgery with no building buy-in.
6. One day duty doctor per week pro rota.
7. Very low home visiting rate - average 1-2 per week.
8. Capped appointments to reflect our ethos of safe working and positive staff well-being.
9. Mix of face to face and telephone consulting on EMIS system
