We are looking for a Locality Coordinator to join our team in our Coleraine office. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 9-5) includes one evening and one morning on-call per week, plus occasional weekend on-call with additional pay.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that safe and acceptable standards of care are maintained within a safe environment and ensure care provision meets all statutory requirements.
* Liaise with client, families, care management and other Trust representatives to formulate care provision as required.
* Effectively co-ordinate and support a team of care staff.
* Coordinate all areas of administration.
* Participate in recruitment and selection of staff.
* 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English
* Strong IT and communication skills
* Full driving licence, access to own car and contactable by mobile phone.
* Car insurance in connection with business
* Previous Health & Social Care experience
Successful candidates will be required to register with the relevant professional body.
