St Mellitus College is seeking a skilled and proactive Production Engineer to lead the delivery of high‑quality audio‑visual production at our London Centre and support our East Midlands and South West centres. This role ensures the smooth running of all AV systems for teaching, worship, events and residentials, while maintaining and developing our technical resources.
You'll oversee the setup, operation and troubleshooting of sound, lighting and projection equipment, working closely with the HTB Production Team. You will manage production for London teaching days, act as onsite technical support, supervise junior production staff, and coordinate freelance support for Beginning Theology. The role also includes leading all AV delivery at College residentials and Teaching Weeks throughout the year.
You will collaborate with worship leaders and staff to ensure seamless integration of multimedia, create and manage recording schedules for dispersed learning, and edit audio and video content. Maintaining up‑to‑date equipment inventories, supporting rehearsals, and ensuring a high technical standard across all environments will be central to your work.

Requirements
* Experience and competency in using and understanding sound, vision and lighting desks
* Experience mixing sound in a live environment
* Understanding of Christian worship, music and church styles

* Knowledge of live stream.
* Knowledge and experience of Adobe Audition for editing purposes.
