As a Middle Weight Designer, you’ll create work that strengthens and reflects the Specsavers brand. From bold ad campaigns to scroll‑stopping digital and social content, your designs will be consistently on‑brand, thoughtfully crafted, and built to grab attention while delivering clear, impactful messages.
In today’s omni‑channel world, where design spans digital and often includes motion, you’ll know how to think in motion and apply it with purpose, elevating both the message and the creative execution. You’ll collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters, and project managers to push our creative output, expand our portfolio, and deliver integrated campaigns. You’ll concept new ideas, respond to briefs with imagination, and help shape inspiring design solutions across print, motion, and digital.
Your design work will be central to shaping how the Specsavers brand comes to life, from consistent print campaigns to standout digital experiences that connect with audiences across every channel. You’ll help ensure every touchpoint is crafted with clarity, consistency, and creativity. You’ll also contribute to team development by sharing your experience, offering guidance, and helping designers grow their knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
* Create on‑brand designs for print, digital, and motion across omni‑channel campaigns.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – designers, art directors, copywriters, project managers.
* Concept new ideas and respond to creative briefs with imagination.
* Deliver integrated campaigns and strengthen the Specsavers brand.
* Ensure clarity, consistency, and creativity across all design outputs.
* Share expertise and mentor junior designers.
Qualifications
* Strong portfolio demonstrating adaptability, attention to detail, and storytelling across print, digital, and motion.
* Experience in omni‑channel design, balancing creative thinking with brand consistency.
* Familiarity with print and digital production workflows and best practices.
* Able to present ideas confidently in client meetings and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Curiosity about new tools, trends, and technologies to elevate work.
