Charmes Care is currently recruiting Community Care Workers who drive, to support individuals across the Isle of Wight to live safely and independently at home. Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role. Location: Isle of Wight Pay: £13.51 per hour Contract Types: Full-time, Part-time, Bank (Flexible hours) Shifts Available: Mornings (07:00-14:30) | Evenings (14:30-23:00) | Weekends Company: Charmes Care (part of First City Care Group) About the Role: As a Community Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes and provide person-centred care based on their individual needs. Your duties may include: * Supporting with personal care (e.g., bathing, showering, toileting) * Assisting with mobility and medication * Preparing meals and supporting nutrition * Light domestic tasks * Providing companionship and emotional support You'll be a key part of helping people maintain their independence and dignity at home. Experience and Qualifications: Do you have experience in the community or within the care sector? Do you hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care? If so, we want to hear from you. If you have no previous experience, we still encourage you to apply - full training is provided. What matters most is your commitment, compassion, and willingness to make a positive difference.
